Third-Party Financing Disclosure

Modern MOJO LLC provides information about third-party financing through CareCredit and Advance Care for the convenience of our patients/clients.

Please be advised of the following:

• Independent Credit Provider: All financing is provided by independent financial institutions (e.g., Synchrony Bank for CareCredit). Modern MOJO LLC is not the lender and has no influence over credit decisions, interest rates, or eligibility requirements.

• No Credit Guarantee: All financing is subject to credit approval and is at the sole discretion of the Lender. Modern MOJO LLC does not guarantee that any customer will be approved for credit.

• Independent Terms: All terms of the financing—including interest rates (APR), payment schedules, late fees, and penalties—are determined exclusively by the Lender. Customers are encouraged to review the Lender's full Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before signing any agreement.

• Deferred Interest Disclosure: Some financing plans may offer a "No Interest if Paid in Full" period. Please be aware that if the balance is not paid in full by the end of the promotional period, interest can be charged to your account from the original purchase date.

• Transaction Fees: Modern MOJO LLC does not charge a fee for choosing financing; however, the lender may charge application fees or late fees as outlined in your specific credit agreement.

• Limited Liability: Modern MOJO LLC is not a party to the financing agreement between the client and the Lender. We are not responsible for any disputes, collections, or errors arising from the financing relationship. 

• Information Sharing: By applying for financing through our platform, you authorize Modern MOJO LLC to share necessary personal and financial information with the Lender for the purpose of processing your application.

• Refunds: In the event of a refund, funds will be credited back to the original financing account. You remain responsible for any outstanding balances or interest accrued per your agreement with the lender.
